• Advise companies on best practices and requirements for the identification, recruitment and immigration processes for bringing workers to Canada.
• Develop and implement specific human resource plans with companies for the screening, interviewing, recruitment and processing of qualified immigrants under the appropriate immigration program.
• Work with companies to prepare Labour Market Opinion applications including preparing job descriptions, employment contracts, job offers and ensuring the appropriate advertising mediums have been addressed.
• Provide monthly reporting to companies on the status of their foreign hires in the application process.
• Advise companies on options for succession planning including foreign investment or sourcing a foreign worker to take over running the business operation.
• Pooling a list of Canadian companies interested in selling and matching them with foreign investors.
